William ‘Bill’ Heim,
Graphic Artist and Marketing Specialist

Bill Heim has decades of success as a graphic artist for top marketing agencies and major national and international companies.

In his early career, Bill worked at Stone & Adler, a subsidiary of the internationally-renowned ad agency Young & Rubicam. There he worked on marketing for major companies including Stouffer Chemicals, AT&T, Hallmark, Terminix and United Airlines. Bill won five awards from Direct Mailing Marketing Association for best design on direct mail campaigns and three in-house awards for direct mail advertising.

While at Stone and Adler he also did independent freelance work for N. W. Ayer Direct and Ogilvy and Mather Direct. From Stone and Adler he became Creative Director at Lew Sanders Advertising working on Eagleson’s Big & Tall retail clothing chain.

When the owner retired in 1988, Eagleson’s offered him the Advertising Manager position and brought him to California where he managed all aspects of the chain’s advertising including television, radio, print and outdoor.       

He went on to become Executive Art Director of Moiselle-Hochman Advertising & Marketing, which merged with Mosaic Advertising, where he remained Executive Art Director. In 1999 he became the Director of Advertising for Armstrong Garden Centers (36 stores) and responsible for all advertising materials. He also developed a new Brand Image and supervised the in-house print sign shop.

In 1999, he founded Sunrise Design creating cutting edge creative design and marketing services for his clients. His nationally-renowned clients include Chris & Pitt’s BBQ, Oh Boy! Foods, Blue Spring Wellness, Don Ramon Tequila, American Longevity Institute, Agua Dulce Vineyards and Dunn Edwards Paints.

Since 2009 he has produced many types of advertising and design through Sunrise Design (Heim Owned). Mr. Heim creates cutting-edge advertising and designs for print, packaging, outdoor advertising, email and websites.
